This position offers a partnership opportunity without a buy-in requirement, featuring a competitive starting base salary, a percentage of collections for direct compensation, profit-sharing, and a share in the practice's value.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dermatological care to patients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Engage in both surgical and cosmetic procedures as needed.
- Board certification in dermatology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Full-time schedule (4 or more days per week).
- No weekend shifts or inpatient responsibilities.
