Key Responsibilities:Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with inpatient consultations required during nights, weekends, and possibly from home (on-call duties); responsibilities will be shared among all academic faculty.
Deliver exceptional dermatological care in both high-volume inpatient and outpatient environments.
Engage in virtual care through a tele-dermatology consultation hub.
Oversee, instruct, and mentor residents and medical students.
Conduct clinical and translational research in collaboration with Tulane and LSU Schools of Medicine.
Occasional travel to two clinical sites may be required.
Eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program, offering up to $200,000 over five years.
Competitive Salary: Ranges from $300,000 to $350,000.
Generous Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually, which includes 26 days of vacation, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays, and a potential 5-day paid leave for Continuing Medical Education (CME).

Board Certification in Dermatology.
Experience collaborating with health professionals.
Familiarity with the VA system and/or academic settings.
Must be a U.S. citizen; non-citizen applicants may be considered if no qualified U.S. citizen is available.
Possession of a current, unrestricted medical or surgical license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
