Work Schedule- Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are dedicated to providing top-tier cancer treatment:
- Recently upgraded to the Eclipse Treatment Planning System
- Implemented ARIA Electronic Medical Records
- Currently utilizing Varian 2100
- Planning to acquire Varian TrueBeam within the next 12-18 months
- Open to specialists in Brachytherapy
The program has the patient volume necessary for growth, and the current physician intends to continue working full-time alongside the new hire, ensuring a seamless transition and collaborative partnership.
Compensation and Benefits- Base Salary: Starting at $573,000+
- wRVU: Regional median
- Performance Incentive: Up to 6% once on the RVU model
- Recruitment Incentive: Significant and negotiable
- Paid Time Off: 6 weeks
- CME Allowance: Plus 1 week off
