Our organization is in search of a Family Medicine Physician to join our physician-led medical team at the Aurora Health Center - Franklin West, located in Franklin, WI.

Reason for vacancy: resignation
The patient panel will consist of both inherited patients and new ones.
There will be three family medicine physicians in Suite 116 and three internal medicine physicians in Suite 101.
The facility operates from 6:45 AM to 6:00 PM on Mondays and from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesday through Friday. Physicians are expected to complete 100 hours of extended hours annually, which can be scheduled before 8 AM, after 5 PM, or during the lunch hour from 12 PM to 1 PM.
Call responsibilities are managed through a nurse triage line, resolving 85% of calls without needing the on-call physician.
Available specialties at this location include Cardiology, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Gastroenterology, Diabetes Education, Podiatry, Anticoagulation, Physical Therapy, Urgent Care, ACL Lab, Imaging, Aurora Pharmacy, and Optometry.
On-site equipment includes a lab and x-ray facilities. Suite 101 is equipped with Clinteck and A1C machines, and labs are sent out daily for blood draws, cultures, and swabs.
Each physician has a private office and three exam rooms, with the capability to perform procedures.
Support staff includes a dedicated Medical Assistant for each physician, along with three shared Registered Nurses covering seven physicians for Triage, Medicare Wellness, Anticoagulation, Emergency Response, and Education.
The patient demographic is diverse, serving individuals from infancy to end-of-life, across all ethnicities, with various insurance types including Commercial, Government, and Medicaid.
The team fosters a collaborative environment, discussing coverage and issues openly, with an open-door policy and opportunities for social interaction both at work and outside of it.
