Job Opportunity: Clinical Faculty in Rheumatology

Our organization, in collaboration with a prestigious university in Cleveland, Ohio, is on the lookout for a full-time clinical faculty member (either a clinician/clinical educator or a clinical researcher) at the Assistant or Associate Professor level within the Division of Rheumatology. We are eager to welcome enthusiastic individuals who are board certified/board eligible in Rheumatology to join our expanding academic division, as well as externally funded physician scientists. Candidates applying for the Assistant Professor role should be board certified/board eligible in Rheumatology and have a keen interest in engaging with the division's academic and teaching initiatives.

This role will include dedicated research time alongside clinical responsibilities. For those applying for the Associate Professor position, a recognized national reputation in clinical practice, teaching, and/or research excellence is essential. Our division is part of a growing academic program affiliated with the university and serves as a site for the Clinical Science and Translational Award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in clinical practice and teaching activities for fellows, residents, and medical students.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives within the division and the institution.
Qualifications
  • Board certified/board eligible in Rheumatology.
  • For Associate Professor candidates, a strong national reputation in clinical, teaching, and/or research excellence is required.
