Key Responsibilities

• Join a well-respected practice alongside two other pediatricians, with plans to hire two additional pediatricians.
• Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment within a spacious office.
• Enjoy a 4-day work week focused entirely on outpatient care, with a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist team available for referrals.
• Participate in a Family Medicine residency program, with optional teaching opportunities if desired.

Compensation and Benefits

• Receive a guaranteed base salary with an RVU productivity model, with earnings expected to exceed $250,000.
• Benefit from a generous sign-on bonus of $60,000 and relocation assistance of $20,000.
• Access Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) assistance up to $100,000.
