Job Description
- Annual Base Salary: $450,000, along with WRVU Incentive Program
- Signing Bonus: $100,000
- Annual Educational Loan Repayment: $20,000 for up to 4 years, totaling a maximum of $80,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000
- Annual Continuing Education Allowance: $3,000, plus 5 Paid Days Off

- Each of the 21 mother and baby rooms offers privacy with large windows, private bathrooms, and ample space for overnight guests
- The main operating room includes eight surgical suites, with two specifically for labor and delivery
- Equipped with the latest DaVinci XI system featuring integrated table motion technology
- Utilization of the new SOZO non-invasive machine
- 24-hour coverage provided by a Board-Certified Neonatologist
- Comprehensive 24-hour anesthesia coverage
- Catchment area population: 250,000
- Teaching opportunities available with accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine & Internal Medicine programs
- Serving military personnel and their families at Fort Drum, NY
- Well-organized office with a convenient 5-minute commute to the hospital
- Must possess Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or be actively pursuing it)
- Commitment to patient-centered care and a desire to work collaboratively within a team

- Exemplary interpersonal skills alongside strong clinical abilities
- Experience with robotics is optional
