• No cardiac fellowship is necessary. This is a distinctive chance for pediatric anesthesiologists to undergo specialized cardiac anesthesia training on-site, allowing for practical experience.
• A significant $300 million expansion is in progress! This will introduce a new 90-bed Pediatric Heart Tower featuring 2 operating rooms, 2 catheterization labs, MRI, CT, a cardiac NICU, and a unit for adult congenital patients.
• Join a collaborative academic setting with a team of 22 pediatric cardiologists, which includes 2 cardiac surgeons, 3 interventional specialists, 1 electrophysiologist, and 1 adult heart failure and transplant cardiologist.
• The current team consists of 3 pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists, 4 dedicated CRNAs, and 90 specialized nursing staff, with plans to expand to 5 anesthesiologists.
