About Our Organization:

Founded in 1916 by Dr. Walter Baker, a surgeon from South Bend, our clinic was inspired by a visit to the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Baker, along with five other specialists, established the clinic, which has since expanded to ten campuses, nearly 150 providers, and over twenty specialties. Despite its growth, our commitment to patient-centered, physician-led care remains steadfast. In 2021, we joined forces with a leading multi-specialty group to further our mission of enhancing healthcare and improving the well-being of residents in the Michiana area.
