Our organization is on the lookout for a compassionate and patient-focused Physician to become a part of our Primary & Specialty Care Services team located in Hagerstown, IN. This role is within a practice that has been dedicated to delivering outstanding patient experiences and high-quality healthcare since its inception in August 2010.

Position Overview:

• Full-time position with hospital employment

• Collaborative team consisting of 3 Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, an office assistant, and a manager

• Office Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6 PM

• Provider schedules may vary

Qualifications:

• Board Eligibility or Certification Required: Family Medicine

• Experience: Open to both newly trained and practicing physicians

• Licensure: Must possess an Indiana Medical License

• Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification must be maintained
