Position OverviewThe Family Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive Primary Care services to patients of all ages. Key responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, treating, prescribing, and educating patients while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary care team. This role will be highly visible within both the practice and the community, consistently fostering a positive experience for patients, staff, and leadership.
Physicians will receive support from our administrative and clinical infrastructure while contributing to shared clinical, operational, and financial objectives.

- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency
- Ability to secure medical licensure in the state of practice

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Must achieve and maintain board certification within six years of residency completion
- Board certification recognized by the ABMS or AOA
