The role is perfect for seasoned gastroenterologists ready to step into an established patient volume or for those completing their fellowship who seek mentorship from experienced colleagues.
Practice Highlights:- Physician-Owned Private Practice
- Guaranteed salary for the first year with additional RVU bonuses available
- Extensive support staff (PA & CRNP) managing most clinical duties
- Strong referral network and immediate patient volume
- New Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) opening in April 2025
- General GI position available, with options for ERCP/EUS procedures
- Hospital ER call is 1:4, primarily involving telehealth and consult services, making it manageable
- Opportunities to teach internal and family medicine residents, if desired, though this is not mandatory
- Flexible clinical schedule tailored to physician preferences
- New GI Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Assistance with medical education debt
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs
