OB/GYN Physician - Student Loan Forgiveness Available

Our organization is on the lookout for an OB/GYN to join our physician-led medical team and provide care at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital located in Barrington, IL.

• Become a member of a thriving and dynamic physician practice that operates between Barrington and Crystal Lake.
• The team includes Full-Time OB/GYNs, Zero-Hour OB/GYNs, and Full-Time OB Hospitalists.
• Participate in a call schedule of 1:4.
• Benefit from the guidance and mentorship of experienced OB/GYNs within a large, physician-led medical group.
• Conduct deliveries at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital (GSHP), a 176-bed, Level 2 trauma center situated in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
• GSHP offers: OB Hospitalists, Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology subspecialists, Robotics, and a Level 2+ nursery.
• Experience approximately 1,095 deliveries annually at the New Life Maternity Center.
• Enjoy 24/7 in-house OB coverage.
• Perform in-office ultrasounds and procedures, including colposcopies, LEEP procedures, and IUD placements.
• Access dedicated operating room time.
• Work alongside a robust support team, including Advanced Practice Clinicians, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Surgery Schedulers.
• Join an integrated, nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines.
• Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature.
• Experience a workplace committed to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.
• This role includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus and student loan forgiveness of up to $90,000.
• Salary range is $400,100.
