• Collaborate with seasoned professionals in a newly established clinic adjacent to the hospital.
• Experience a manageable patient load, seeing as few as 13 patients daily, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care.
• Enjoy the unique opportunity of practicing Family Medicine exclusively in an outpatient setting—no inpatient duties or obstetrics required.
• Optional shifts available in the ER or as a Hospitalist if desired.
• Be part of an independent, clinician-led organization where your opinions and contributions matter.
• A Family Medicine Residency Program is set to launch in 2028.

Compensation Package:

• Employed by the hospital with a guaranteed salary and an incentive bonus, totaling over $330,000 annually.
• A generous sign-on bonus of $100,000 is included as part of a comprehensive benefits package.
