Our organization is currently looking for a Medical Oncologist to join the Division of Medical Oncology/Hematology, in partnership with our Cancer Center, at the Riverside University Health System (RUHS).

The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise across all oncology disciplines. The academic position will be aligned with the candidate’s qualifications, and we offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Division is responsible for the multidisciplinary approach to cancer treatment at RUHS, contributing to a broader presence of our Cancer Center in key oncology fields. RUHS plays a vital role in delivering cancer services to the residents of Riverside County and is also a participating site in our Hematology/Oncology fellowship program.

We are committed to providing patient-centered, top-tier care, with a strong focus on integrating scientific advancements into clinical practice. Our specialists are highly regarded, and we ensure that this translational research and cancer care is accessible in a convenient setting. The Cancer Center acts as a gateway to 11 specialized teams dedicated to researching and treating various cancer types, and we are on track to achieve Cancer Center designation by the NCI.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Total Annual Compensation: $360,000 - $496,000

The stated compensation range includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is anticipated to fall within the range of $360,000 - $496,000. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment discussions.
