Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Duration: 91 days
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Care Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
Shift Details: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with call coverage
Number of Beds: 4 ORs
Procedures: Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN robotics, Urology, Podiatry

Key Requirements

Licensure: Active AZ license required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA or American Red Cross)
Board Certified: Must be certified by the NBCRNA
Experience: Minimum one year, must provide case logs of blocks performed
Skills: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
Credentialing Timeline: Estimated 90 days
