About the Position
As a General Otolaryngologist or Fellowship-Trained Head & Neck Surgeon, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive ENT and surgical care with complete clinical independence.
  • Enjoying the benefits of private practice without the administrative burdens.
  • Receiving support from physician liaisons, advanced practice providers, and the latest technology.
  • Contributing to improved access and outcomes for diverse communities throughout Southern California.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Possession of a California medical license (or eligibility)
  • Fellowship training is appreciated but not mandatory

Compensation
We provide a competitive compensation package that includes productivity incentives aimed at rewarding physician performance and fostering long-term practice development. Additionally, we offer a housing stipend for the first year and a signing bonus. Detailed information will be shared during the interview process.
