Academic Pediatric Endocrinologist
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Pediatrics subspecialty faculty team at the Flint campus of the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, in collaboration with Hurley Medical Center and Children’s Hospital.
Position Overview:
The role involves serving as an academic pediatric endocrinologist within the Pediatrics residency program. Candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible if currently in training. This position includes responsibilities such as educating resident physicians and engaging actively as a faculty member.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, along with a strong proficiency in technology. A commitment to working with an urban population is essential.
Academic Appointment:
Faculty members at Hurley have the opportunity to apply for an academic appointment with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, with the rank determined by experience.
Loan Forgiveness:
Eligible candidates may qualify for loan forgiveness under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program for qualifying student debt.
Visa Status:
We may accept H1-B visa candidates.
