Our organization in Kearney, NE, is in search of a dedicated and talented RN to become a part of their Labor & Delivery team. This facility features 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and is devoted to keeping mothers and their newborns together, creating a distinctive and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns with a 1:1 laboring ratio.
• Applying your strong IV skills and experience with C-sections to assist the team effectively.
• Providing support in the NICU for feeders and growers as necessary.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which includes a lactation counselor and maternity educator.
• Ensuring accurate documentation through the MediTech EMR system.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP (FHM preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday.
