Our organization in Janesville, Wisconsin is actively looking for an Interventional Radiologist to become part of our outstanding team of collaborative physicians!
We are a multi-regional, integrated healthcare system that includes 7 hospitals, over 700 employed physicians, and more than 85 outpatient clinics and service locations, delivering care to residents across 60 communities in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Our services encompass over 125 specialties and subspecialties, such as adult critical care, neonatal intensive care, neurosurgery, heart and vascular care, cancer treatment, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and advanced robotic surgery, among others.
Position Highlights:- We are looking for a board-eligible or board-certified Interventional Radiologist with fellowship training who is proficient in interpreting a wide array of imaging modalities.
- Experience or fellowship training in breast imaging, neuroradiology, and musculoskeletal imaging is preferred but not mandatory.
- Collaborate with a sister practice that includes fellowship-trained subspecialists.

- The primary practice location will be our Trauma Center in Janesville, Wisconsin, with some responsibilities in northern Illinois.
Our current practitioners engage in all facets of Vascular and Interventional Radiology, including:
- Management of peripheral arterial disease, including acute limb ischemia and critical limb ischemia.
- Percutaneous AAA treatment and EVAR.
- Interventional oncology procedures such as biopsy, TACE, thermal ablation, renal MWA and cryoablation, liver-directed therapy, RF ablation, and kyphoplasty for spinal tumors.
- Gastrointestinal interventions including biliary drainage, Spyglass-assisted percutaneous cholangioscopy, GI bleed embolization, TIPS, BRTO, and endovascular treatment of visceral aneurysms.
- Spinal procedures like kyphoplasty, bone biopsy, ablation, and lumbar ESI.
- GU/GYN interventions such as nephrostomy, renal MWA and cryoablation, embolization for postpartum hemorrhage, uterine artery embolization, pelvic congestion syndrome embolization, prostate artery embolization, gastrostomy placement, and GJ placement.
- Venous procedures including venous recanalization, thrombectomy, May-Thurner syndrome treatment, venous stenting (iliac, iliocaval, SVC), central venous recanalization, HD access maintenance, IVC filter placement and retrieval, and venous access (Port, PICC).
- Pulmonary interventions for pulmonary embolism (thrombectomy), pulmonary AVM embolization, and bronchial artery embolization for hemoptysis treatment.
- Training in stroke therapy is available for interested candidates (not mandatory).
- MD/DO with board certification or eligibility.
- Completion of residency training from an ACGME-accredited family medicine program.
