Our organization is actively looking for a Psychiatrist to become part of our outstanding team of collaborative Mental Health Professionals in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin! Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $375,000!

If you are a caring and committed Psychiatrist eager to work alongside a team of therapists, nurse practitioners, and fellow psychiatrists, we invite you to join our respected team at the Behavioral Health Clinic in Lake Geneva. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional psychiatric care to patients across all age groups.

Responsibilities:

In your role as a Psychiatrist at our clinic, you will conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication treatments. You will be supported by a medical assistant to help streamline your practice. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers, therapists, and psychologists.

Physician Opportunity:

• Compensation range: $300,000 - $375,000
• Support for HPSA - National Interest Waiver and H1B visas
• Develop your own practice as an employed physician with backing from operational leaders and support staff
• Flexible scheduling with 4-5 days per week

Qualifications:

• MD/DO, board certified or board eligible
• Completed residency training in an ACGME-accredited psychiatric program
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
