Job Opportunity: Pediatric Hospitalist - Medical Director

Our growing pediatric healthcare organization is on the lookout for a skilled Pediatric Hospitalist to take on a Medical Director position within a collaborative, academically affiliated team. This role is perfect for a physician who prioritizes leadership, education, and clinical excellence in a nurturing and well-equipped setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Become part of a supportive and collegial group of 9 hospitalists.
• Medical Directorship entails flexible responsibilities with 15 protected hours per month at a rate of $150/hour.
• Work daytime shifts, requiring only 8 shifts per month.
• No responsibilities for NICU, newborn rounding, or hematology/oncology.
• Optional night and teaching shifts available through a university partnership, with additional compensation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Potential earnings exceeding $300,000, including a base salary of $250,000, productivity bonuses, a Medical Directorship stipend, and up to a $25,000 annual quality bonus.
• Recruitment bonus of up to $50,000, which includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
