Our organization is on the lookout for Family Medicine Faculty Physicians to become part of our dedicated team in Janesville, Wisconsin! The salary range is between $285,000 and $350,000.
Located in Janesville, WI, we are eager to welcome a Family Medicine Physician to our outstanding group of collaborative physicians serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
We are a multi-state, integrated healthcare system that includes seven hospitals, featuring a cutting-edge ACS designated Level I Adult Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. With over 800 employed physicians and 200 advanced practice providers, we operate more than 100 outpatient clinics and various service sites, delivering care to residents across more than 55 communities in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Our extensive range of services includes over 125 specialty and sub-specialty offerings, such as adult critical care, neonatal intensive care, neurosurgery, heart and vascular care (including WATCHMAN and TAVR), cancer treatment, plastic and reconstructive surgery, robotic surgery, orthopedic surgery, and much more!
Opportunity:- Act as core faculty for a program with 21 residents.
- Educate and mentor the next generation of physicians, tailoring the role to align with your strengths and interests.
- Precepting Residents: Instruct and support residents in both clinical and hospital settings (50% of your time).
- Clinical Practice: Deliver clinical care in our residency clinic (30% of your time).
- Administrative & Curriculum Development: Allocate time for program administration and curriculum development (20% of your time).
- Engage in comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, procedural care, nursing home, and women's health.

- MD/DO board certified or board eligible.
- Proficient in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
