Our organization is in search of a qualified BC/BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to become a part of our established Heart Failure Program located in Billings, Montana. This program is part of the region's largest independent healthcare system, serving the states of Montana, Wyoming, and the western Dakotas.

• Multidisciplinary Cardiogenic Shock Team - Proficiency in transplants, LVADs, and temporary mechanical circulatory support, including IABPs, Impella CP/5.5, RVAD/Protek Duo, and ECMO is required
• Capability to conduct right heart catheterizations and RV biopsies, as well as experience with CardioMEMS, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) is advantageous
• Recognized for delivering high-quality, comprehensive heart failure care and advanced heart failure treatments
• AHA GWTG Gold Plus and Target HF award recipient
• ACC HF Accredited program with outpatient designation
• Provide care for a wide range of heart failure patients in both inpatient and high-volume outpatient settings
• Lead specialized outpatient clinics focusing on LVADs and transplants, cardiomyopathies including HOCM, amyloidosis, rare cardiac diseases, and pulmonary hypertension
• Visa candidates are welcome - Proven success in securing waivers
