Medical Director ER/ Family Medicine | Montana Mountains - 352K Base

• Looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Medical Director for an expanding program, working alongside 1 MD and 1 APP.
• Role comprises 80% clinical duties and 20% administrative responsibilities.
• Optional coverage for Emergency Room and inpatient services is available.

• Base salary of $352,000, with additional WRVU bonuses.
• A recruitment bonus of $130,000.
• Annual quality incentive of $35,000.
• Annual stipend of $15,000 for Medical Director duties.
• Generous time off policy with 6 weeks of PTO, plus $4,500 for CME and malpractice insurance coverage.
• Student loan repayment options available through the state of Montana, up to $150,000 or through PSLF.
