Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to become part of our team in Los Banos, CA.

Position Highlights:

  • Annual base salary: $249,000

  • Sign-on bonus: $75,000, distributed over a three-year commitment

  • Contract length: 3 years

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coverage for the local Emergency Room

  • Oversee the newborn nursery

  • Assist with emergency C-sections as needed by the OB team

  • Manage a Level I nursery, handling approximately 800 deliveries annually with an average newborn census of 3-5

Qualifications:

  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics

  • Current certifications in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) are mandatory
