Otolaryngologists, we invite you to join our team and practice the full spectrum of Otolaryngology.
We are seeking professionals in General Otolaryngology, Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and Pediatrics.
Our organization is a well-established, independent ENT practice dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-focused care. As part of our ongoing growth and succession planning, we are looking to hire several Otolaryngologists to enhance our team.
We encourage applications from Board Eligible/Board Certified General Otolaryngologists, Head & Neck Surgeons, Laryngologists, and Pediatric Otolaryngologists who are interested in developing a long-term career within a stable, physician-owned environment. These full-time positions come with a salary and an ownership pathway, allowing for a transition into partnership while collaborating with seasoned physicians.
Our services encompass, but are not limited to:
- Diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Comprehensive ENT care for both pediatric and adult patients.
- Endoscopic procedures, including surgeries for nasal and sinus issues.
- Management of sleep apnea and snoring disorders.
- Head and neck surgical procedures, including those for thyroid and parathyroid conditions.
- Audiology services and hearing assessments, including CI, ABR, BAHA, APD, and balance testing.
- Allergy testing and management services.
- Treatment for voice and swallowing disorders.
- Ultrasound-guided biopsies.
- In-house CT imaging of the temporal bone and sinuses.

Our ENT practice has been independently operated for over 60 years. While our main office is located in Fort Wayne, we also have clinics in surrounding counties. Our fully ENT physician-owned ASC is situated in Fort Wayne. Additionally, we offer various ancillary services, including comprehensive balance testing, retail hearing aid sales, CT scans, fine needle aspirations (FNA), speech and swallow evaluations, aesthetics, and allergy testing and treatments.
