Join Our Team as a Hematologist!

We are seeking a Board-Certified (or Eligible) Hematologist to become part of our thriving, physician-led practice, which is the largest independent oncology and hematology group in Maine. As an affiliate of a prestigious cancer institute, we provide a unique blend of independence, robust support systems, and access to innovative research, tumor boards, precision medicine, and clinical trials.

• Attractive Compensation: Competitive salary based on MGMA median, starting at $550K+ base plus wRVU bonuses.
• Work Schedule: 4 days in the clinic and 1 administrative day each week.
• Supportive Environment: Collaborate with a dedicated team, including Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Nurse Navigators, and Schedulers.
• Patient Volume: Manageable caseload of 12-16 patients per day after the initial ramp-up period.
• On-Call Duties: Minimal call burden with a 1:16 rotation; APPs handle initial calls, resulting in only a few calls annually.
• Time Off: Enjoy two months of paid time off (PTO) plus continuing medical education (CME) opportunities.
• Qualifications: Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology is required.
