Family Medicine Physician with OB - Freeport, IL | $285K-$350K

Our organization is actively looking for a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to become part of our expanding team in Freeport, Illinois.

We are a multi-state, integrated healthcare system that includes seven hospitals, featuring a cutting-edge ACS-designated Level I Adult Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. With over 600 employed physicians and 200 advanced practice providers, we cater to more than 80 outpatient clinics and various service locations, delivering care to residents across more than 55 communities in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

Our services encompass over 125 specialty and subspecialty areas, such as adult critical care, neonatal intensive care, neurosurgery, heart and vascular care with WATCHMAN and TAVR, a comprehensive cancer institute, plastic and reconstructive surgery, robotic surgery, orthopedic surgery, and much more.

• MD/DO board certified or board eligible
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
