Job Description
We are a physician-owned dermatology practice located near Charlotte, North Carolina, seeking to add a second board-certified plastic surgeon to our team. You will collaborate with a dedicated group of 3 dermatologists, 1 Mohs surgeon, 1 plastic surgeon, and 5 advanced practice providers in a high-demand, referral-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities- Step into a practice with an existing volume of reconstructive and cosmetic cases, which usually takes years to develop.
- Manage a diverse case mix: approximately 40% repairs, 25% cosmetic procedures, and the remainder consisting of excisions.
- Benefit from a consistent influx of reconstructive cases through referrals from our in-house dermatology and Mohs surgery departments.
