We are a well-established, physician-led geriatric practice located in the greater Denver metropolitan region, actively seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to become part of our team of 12 providers. Our organization emphasizes a collaborative approach and is led by a retention-focused leadership team, ensuring a fulfilling and lasting career in this vibrant Rocky Mountain city.

We encourage Internists with a passion for Geriatric medicine to apply. New graduates from the classes of 2026 and 2027 are also welcome, as we offer onsite mentorship to support your transition into practice!

Position Overview:

• Primarily an outpatient role with a focus on geriatrics.
• Enjoy a 4-day work week, managing a patient load of 11-14 individuals daily.
• Work with an average patient age of 80, concentrating on the management of complex comorbidities.
• Receive a competitive guaranteed base salary along with a pathway to partnership for additional income opportunities.
