Become a part of a well-respected Emergency Medicine team located just north of Minneapolis as the Medical Director of the Emergency Department. This position combines clinical leadership with direct patient care in a friendly, rural setting. You will guide a skilled group of Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), promote a patient-focused environment, and contribute to delivering compassionate and efficient care to individuals of all ages.

We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in an emergency medicine environment.

• Oversee the Emergency Department, assessing and treating both medical and trauma patients while mentoring a team of proficient physician assistants.
• Operate within a Level IV trauma center.
• Work 10 or 12-hour shifts.
• No on-call duties required.
• The average daily patient volume in the ED is 25.
• Day shifts with a 4 or 5-day work week.

• Annual Salary: Starting at $345K (commensurate with experience).
• Sign-On Bonus: $75K or more.
