POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for compassionate and committed pediatricians to become part of our foundational team in Memphis, Tennessee. In April 2025, we joined forces with All Better Pediatrics, a respected name in the community for over a decade. Together under the Zarminali name, we are building on the strong community ties of All Better Pediatrics to redefine pediatric care in the region. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the health of children while creating a supportive atmosphere for our patients, their families, and the community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:As a pediatrician with us, your responsibilities will include:
Patient Care: Providing outstanding care by diagnosing, treating, and developing personalized care plans that cater to each child's unique needs, while addressing acute concerns promptly.
Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Tracking children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early interventions, and educating families on preventive measures for healthy growth and development.
Patient & Family Education: Guiding families through the entire pediatric lifecycle, offering compassionate care from infancy to adolescence, promoting healthy development, and empowering families with essential knowledge at every stage.
Documentation: Keeping accurate and current patient records, following best practices in documentation and healthcare regulations.
Collaboration: Partnering closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care for patients.

Family First: Respects family decisions, provides evidence-based care, and strives to keep patients in mainstream settings.
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution is required.
A current and unrestricted medical license to practice in Tennessee.
A current and unrestricted Tennessee DEA license.
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics.
At least 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience in a pediatric setting.
Comfortable in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-oriented environment.
Empathetic towards patients, families, and caregivers.
BLS/ACLS Certification.
A balanced work/life schedule with four in-clinic days and one dedicated administrative day each week, allowing time for charting, managing tasks, continuing education, and more.

Our organization is national in scope, and compensation is determined based on market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary depending on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications such as experience, education, and scope of responsibility. Actual compensation will be influenced by job-related factors including experience, skills, and internal equity. This position may also qualify for additional productivity or performance-based bonuses.
