Position OverviewWe are currently looking for Ophthalmologists to join our physician-led medical group and serve the communities in West Bend, Wisconsin. The selected Ophthalmologist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive eye care for various conditions affecting the eyes and surrounding structures, addressing both routine and urgent cases, including medical and surgical diagnoses and treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in a full-time practice where you will quickly build a patient base.
- Focus on General Ophthalmology while having the opportunity to pursue your specific clinical interests.
- Attractive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary package with a two-year guarantee starting at $453,710, along with potential for additional earnings and a generous sign-on bonus.
- Flexible Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday availability.
- Shared on-call responsibilities to maintain work-life balance, averaging 1:4.
- Work in a fully staffed clinic alongside one Ophthalmologist, four Optometrists, and support staff.
- Utilize three examination rooms and one testing room.
- Perform surgeries at the Aurora Medical Center in Washington County.

- Conduct various procedures, including but not limited to intravitreal injections and cataract surgeries.

- Access DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to streamline workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and editing.
- Experience a commitment to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Ophthalmology.
- Fellowship training is welcomed.
- Board Certification or board eligibility in Ophthalmology is required.
