• Starting Base Salary: $700K+ guaranteed
• Signing Bonus: Up to $500K (forgiven over 5 years)
• Partnership Track: 2-year pathway with no costly buy-in
• Post-Guarantee Earnings: Anticipated earnings of $1-1.2M+, largely driven by infusion-related profitability and ancillary distributions
• Infusion Center: 16-chair facility dedicated to Oncology, plus a second center with 10 chairs for other specialties

Your Role in Our Practice

As a member of this physician-led group, you will have a significant voice in your practice and a place at the decision-making table:

• Collaboration: Over 40 specialties available in-house, providing extensive opportunities for teamwork and streamlined multidisciplinary care
• Patient Referrals: A turn-key opportunity with 90% of patients coming from internal referrals
• Oncology Team: Comprising 3 medical oncologists, advanced practice providers, a full-time pharmacist, clinic and infusion RNs (all oncology certified), a prior authorization team, and nurse navigators
• Focus Areas: 90% Oncology, 10% Hematology (opportunity to develop a niche in specific disease sites if desired)
