Join Our Expanding Team as a Full-Time Pulmonary Physician

We are actively looking for a Full-Time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary Physician to become part of our growing team in Freeport, Illinois.

Position Overview:

• Full-Time Role
• Availability required on weekends and holidays

We offer opportunities in:

• Both Inpatient and Outpatient Pulmonary Care
• Current use of Mediteach EMR, transitioning to Epic in October

Departmental Details:

• ICU Level: 2
• 8-Bed Intensive Care Unit
• Common diagnoses include post-operative general surgery, mechanical ventilation, sepsis, substance abuse/withdrawal, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA).
• Open ICU model supported by a robust Hospitalist team
• High acuity cases are transferred to JBH and MHTC

Qualifications Needed:

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility
• Completed fellowship training in Pulmonology
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Illinois
• Proven clinical skills in high-acuity ICU environments
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $470,000 to $500,000
