WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORJob Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver a comprehensive array of physical therapy services, which include assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative setting, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.
Licenses and Certifications- Must possess and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification.
- Current CPR certification is preferred.
- Education: A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 0-1 years.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
- Create and execute tailored treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise methods, posture, body mechanics, and effective management strategies for their conditions.
- Keep precise and current documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
