Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage a variety of rheumatic conditions, including arthritis, autoimmune disorders, and musculoskeletal issues.
Create and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing the latest advancements in rheumatology.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Engage in ongoing education and professional development activities.
Support the supervision and training of fellows, residents, and medical students from the University of Arizona College of Medicine rotating through the Rheumatology division.
Participate in clinical research and contribute to the progression of rheumatology.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic program.
- Current, full, and unrestricted medical license to practice in all U.S. states.
Preference will be given to candidates who are board certified or recently board eligible in Rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
