We are currently seeking applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to become part of our team in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. You will collaborate with a compassionate team of physicians, along with supportive clinical and administrative staff. Candidates should be adept at engaging with clinical colleagues, performing fluoro-guided procedures, presenting at conferences, and providing consultations efficiently.

What You Can Expect:
  • A balanced call schedule, with responsibilities shared equally among all Diagnostic Radiologists.

  • Preferred 1.0 FTE, with a 0.9 FTE (prorated compensation) option available.

  • A hybrid, four-day work week with overnight call support from Nighthawk staff.

  • Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.

  • Opportunities for leadership roles within the medical group, if desired.

  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Minimum Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.

  • Fellowship in Neuroradiology is preferred, though not mandatory.

Current Hiring Incentives for This Role:
  • Relocation allowance of up to $15,000.

  • A generous sign-on and retention bonus of $55,000.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $444,000 to $541,500, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that significantly enhances the total compensation.
