Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000

Key Highlights
  • A well-established and expanding department featuring a collaborative team, including seven full-scope OB/GYN generalists and three Laborists.

  • 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric support to ensure high-quality obstetric care.

  • Approximately 1,100 deliveries each year, offering a balanced and substantial clinical volume.

  • Utilization of the LDRP maternity care model, emphasizing a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and ongoing improvement.

  • Call requirement consists of three 12-hour shifts monthly, with the option for interested individuals to take 24-hour shifts.

  • A typical work schedule includes at least three office days, one dedicated OR day, and one administrative day, all supported by highly trained 1:1 clinical assistance.

  • Access to modern technology platforms, including Epic EMR, to facilitate effective communication and workflow efficiency.

  • Robust administrative, clinical, and operational support aimed at enhancing efficiency and promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications
  • Must be Board-certified or board-eligible.

  • Must possess an MD or DO degree and be eligible for a Massachusetts medical license.

  • Fellowship training in Obstetrics and Gynecology subspecialties is a plus.
