Practicing in Our Organization
  • Join a well-established team consisting of four OB/GYNs, three certified nurse midwives, and one part-time gynecologist.

  • Handle an average daily patient volume of 30-35.

  • Participate in approximately 650 deliveries each year.

  • Experience a balanced practice of obstetrics and gynecology.

  • Share a call schedule of 1:5, distributed evenly among team members.

  • Work in an integrated practice with the clinic located within the hospital, providing direct access to the OR and L&D unit.

  • Receive dedicated 1:1 nursing support, with scribe assistance available after six months.

  • Enjoy dedicated block OR time equipped with robotic technology.

  • Engage in teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical students.

Recruitment Package

  • Long-Term Incentive (Choose One):

    • Educational loan assistance over five years, OR

    • A retention bonus paid over three years, starting under a subsequent agreement.
