We invite you to become a part of our well-established, award-winning community practice in Iowa, where there is an immediate demand for patient care and robust clinical support. We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to enhance our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus exclusively on outpatient primary care
• No weekend shifts required, unless you choose to take on urgent care duties
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient management
• Experience high patient volume from the influx of young families in the region
• Serve a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with a team of 6 MDs/DOs
• Work alongside 1 RN/LPN and 1 MA for each provider
• Join a network of 35 Advanced Practice Providers (Iowa supports independent practice)
• Enjoy a 4-day workweek with dedicated administrative time, both in-office and remote
• Benefit from 7-8 weeks of paid time off

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $300,000 to $400,000, depending on experience
• Annual production bonus between $12,000 and $120,000
• Eligibility for a quality incentive paid biannually, rewarding excellent clinical outcomes beyond just patient volume
• No cap on earnings potential
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered
• Continuing education support and student loan repayment options available
