Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Our organization is actively looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to become part of our growing Primary Care team.

Join a well-established group of 20 Primary Care physicians and benefit from a 4-day work week, minimal telephone call responsibilities, and the option to engage in teaching if you wish. As a member of our team, you will have access to mentorship opportunities while enjoying the freedom to shape your practice according to your preferences. This role is primarily outpatient-focused, with the possibility of hospital shifts if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients.
• Participate in light telephone call duties.
• Engage in mentorship and teaching opportunities as desired.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Strong commitment to patient care and community health.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time employed position with a pathway to partnership. Compensation

The starting salary for this position is $298,000. Compensation may vary based on the role's requirements and level, as well as factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, there may be opportunities for work RVU productivity bonuses.
