Salary Range:
$300,000 - $400,000

Academic Pediatric Otolaryngologist
Our organization, the largest healthcare provider in Central Massachusetts and the clinical partner of a prominent medical school, is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Academic Pediatric Otolaryngologist to enhance our expanding team.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Pediatric Otolaryngologist who is dedicated to both academic medicine and patient care. Candidates should possess a keen interest in broadening the scope and visibility of our program while actively contributing to the academic and clinical missions of our organization and the affiliated medical school.
Position Highlights:
- Become part of a well-established team of 9 Otolaryngologists, which includes 2 Pediatric Otolaryngologists, in a busy tertiary care referral center.
- Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team in a vibrant academic and clinical setting.
- Engage in clinical and basic science research and investigations.
- Instruct and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows through the affiliated medical school.
- Utilize state-of-the-art facilities and resources to deliver high-quality care and innovative practices.
- Academic appointment will be aligned with experience and training.
Qualifications:
- Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Completed a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
- Eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
- Dedicated to academic medicine and clinical excellence.
