- Comprehensive Family Medicine Practice: Focus on outpatient care with minimal patient volume to prevent burnout, including backup coverage for the emergency department (not a trauma center, conveniently located across the parking lot), and inpatient rounding (average daily census of about 2); no obstetrics involved.
- Flexible Scheduling Options: Choose from a variety of schedules, including 4-day weeks, 5-day weeks, or a block schedule of 7 days on followed by 14 days off. You can also propose your own preferred schedule.
