GI Physician Job | 800K Base and 150K Bonus | Outside Nashville, Tennessee (TN)

Our organization, a community-focused, non-profit hospital located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, is in search of a Gastroenterologist to become part of our dedicated team.

• Scope Responsibilities: Devote three days a week to performing endoscopic procedures, with the capability to manage two rooms simultaneously.
• Work Schedule: Enjoy a four-day work week with only four days of on-call duty, in a low-acuity environment without trauma cases.
• Practice Development: Have the freedom to establish and grow your practice according to your vision.
• Support Staff: Collaborate with two experienced Nurse Practitioners.
• Clinical Focus: Engage in general gastroenterology procedures.
• Technology: Utilize EMR-EPIC for patient management.
• Administrative Support: Receive assistance for acquiring equipment for ERCP or EUS if desired, though this is not mandatory.
• Eligibility: We encourage both practicing physicians and recent fellowship graduates, including J1 visa holders, to apply.

• Base Salary: $800,000 guaranteed annually.
• Performance Bonus: Potential for a value-based care bonus of up to $150,000 each year.
• Sign-On Bonus: A one-time bonus of $100,000.
