We are an award-winning hospital located in a desirable northern Idaho community, seeking to expand our team with additional General Gastroenterologists or GI Hospitalists. We are looking for candidates who prioritize quality, safety, teamwork, and patient satisfaction to support and enhance our growing gastroenterology program, which currently includes 6.5 physicians and 8 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality gastroenterology care in a collaborative environment.
• Engage in a robust gastroenterology program with immediate patient volume.
• Utilize advanced PENTAX and Olympus equipment for endoscopic procedures.
• Participate in a call schedule covering one hospital, including weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• New Fellows and practicing General GIs or GI Hospitalists are encouraged to apply.
• Subspecialty interests (such as IBD, Motility, Pancreas) are welcomed.

Working Conditions

• 332-bed hospital with over 14,500 inpatient admissions and more than 50,000 emergency room visits annually.
