The Division Chief will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding clinical care while fostering program development and supporting our academic mission through education, mentorship, and research. Our physicians work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that prioritizes innovation and high-quality patient care.

• Situated within a 566-bed regional hospital campus
• The only dedicated children's hospital in the region, offering a full range of pediatric services

• Home to a pediatric residency program that has been training physicians since 1970

• Leadership role as Division Chief of Pediatric Urology within a nationally recognized children's health organization
• Opportunity to deliver comprehensive pediatric urology care, encompassing both medical and surgical management
• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary pediatric specialists in a growing regional children's hospital
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient consultations as well as surgical care
• Lead initiatives aimed at quality improvement and help establish standardized clinical pathways to enhance patient care
• Contribute to academic programs, including resident education, medical student instruction, and research projects
• Work closely with pediatric residents through clinical teaching and rounding
