Job Description
We are looking for a full-time physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to become part of a large outpatient primary care facility located in the McAllen/Edinburg region of Texas. This position provides an attractive compensation package that includes a base salary along with wRVU incentives, and offers flexible scheduling options such as 4-day workweeks with 10-hour shifts. You will concentrate on delivering vital primary care services while collaborating with a supportive care team within a multispecialty group comprising over 100 providers.

- Deliver comprehensive primary care to a varied outpatient population
- Work in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff
- Oversee daily clinical responsibilities
- Document patient care using the organization's EMR system
