Exciting Opportunity for a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

Join a dynamic team consisting of six physicians and twenty-four licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs) and licensed professional counselors (LPCs) in our Psychiatry department. We are currently looking for a passionate Board Eligible/Board Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to become part of our practice at a community hospital with 150 beds, which includes a dedicated 40-bed inpatient psychiatry unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outpatient-only position, with options for either a full-time (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE) role.
  • Work within an integrative care model that includes an inpatient unit and on-site licensed therapists.
  • Preferred experience in treating Child & Adolescent populations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $352,000, with the potential for a wRVU bonus.
  • Annual retention bonus of $35,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including six weeks of paid time off (PTO) and continuing medical education (CME) time and allowance.
  • Sign-on bonus of $40,000, typically utilized for a down payment on housing.
